Five sheds for sale! Built in collaboration by students from the Building Construction Technician and the BAT – Bldg. Sciences programs, the sheds will be auctioned to pay for the materials used by the students.

There are four 9’x12’ sheds – pressure-treated floor and plywood, vinyl siding on exterior, Architectural style shingle roof, aluminum soffit and fascia, steel door included but not installed, vinyl operable shed window, R20 insulation in walls, R24 insulation in ceiling, 6 mil on some walls and strapping on ceiling.  Open bid starts at $2,000, provide your own transportation.

There is one 6’x 8’ shed - pressure-treated floor and plywood, vinyl siding on exterior, Architectural style shingle roof, aluminum soffit and fascia, steel door included but not installed, vinyl operable shed window, R20 insulation in walls, R24 insulation in ceiling, 6 mil on some walls and strapping on ceiling . Sell price $800, provide your own transportation.
