Our Learning Management System

Dear Learners and Colleagues,

As you know, we are in the final stages of the vendor-selection process for the future Learning Management System (LMS) here at the College.

We heard you when you said you needed an effective, intuitive, and reliable LMS — one in which you could have confidence.

Your input and feedback have allowed the Learning Management System Steering Committee to evaluate your current use of the College’s LMS, and transform your needs into requirements in the selection of a new LMS vendor. To see some of what you asked for in a future LMS, we would encourage you to take a look at the survey results, which can now be found on the LMS website.

As we reach the concluding stages of the vendor-selection process, your opinion and input are more important than ever. The success of the College’s stakeholders will continue to be our priority, and your satisfaction during this process remains our goal. We don’t want to choose an LMS for you, we want to choose it with you.

Your final feedback during the vendor sandbox demonstrations is instrumental in selecting the right LMS vendor for the College. Take this opportunity to get hands-on experience with the systems, and compare their usability. Tell us which LMS you think is best for the College, and cast your vote in the final evaluation. Sandboxes will remain open until Friday, Jan. 19 at 11:59 p.m. so you still have time to participate!

We are almost there, and hope that you are as excited as we are to upgrade the College’s learning environment into the next generation of digital learning.
