Algonquin strikes gold at Skills Canada

June 6, 2017
Algonquin College's Charles-Antoine Brosseau is bringing home a gold medal from the Skills Canada National Competition.

The AC student, who is coached by David Bray, took top prize in the IT/Network Systems Administration category at the contest in Winnipeg, where 550 of the most talented students and apprentices from across the country showed off their skills in everything from Precision Machining to Graphic Design and Landscape Gardening.

This is the second big win for Brosseau, who won Gold with Distinction at Skills Ontario last month.

And while 2017 was not a World Skills qualifying year, Brosseau has proven that he is the best in Canada at what he does.

Congratulations!
