Getting Your Fall 2017 U-Pass and AC Cards

It’s that time of year again! Starting this week, students can submit their photo online for their U-Pass  (full-time students) and AC Card (all students). After August 15th, returning students can renew their U-Pass (full-time students) and get a renewal sticker for their AC Card. Returning students do not need to submit a new photo for their U-Pass or AC Card.
New students can go to with their network username and password (found in ACSIS) to submit one photo for both cards. When their card is ready for pickup, they will receive an email from Card Services to notify them. Since they have submitted their photo online, they can beat the lines and go to the Click & Collect express line to pick up their cards. Students may also visit Card Services in person to have a photo taken and their U-Pass card printed.
Returning students can renew their U-Pass after August 15th using the U-Pass tap machine or at the Card Services counter. When they renew their U-Pass, they can also pick up a renewal sticker for their AC Card.

To facilitate the demand during the busy back to school season, Card Services will be relocating for the peak season.  The U-Pass/AC Card Service Centre will be opening from August 25th – September 15th in Salon A of the Marketplace Food. Please click here for detailed information on dates and hours of operation of the U-Pass/AC Card Service Centre
Note: The Service Centre will be open a few evenings, as well as the Saturday and Sunday of Labour Day weekend to accommodate students who may not be able to visit the campus during regular business hours.
