Algonquin College co-op students can help as they are now interviewing for their Winter 2018 work-terms!

Algonquin College co-op students are eager to put their new skills to work starting in January of 2018. If you have a short-term need, or are evaluating candidates for a future full-time hire, co-op is a great option.

We currently have students looking for co-ops in the following program areas:

Computer Programmer, Systems Technician, Engineering, & Internet Applications and Web Development.
Interactive Media Design
Bachelor of Commerce

Students who are now starting to interview for their Winter 2018 work-terms have previously been hired in co-op jobs in the following roles:

How do I hire?

1. Post
Email your job description to coop@algonquincollege.com or submit our online job posting form. Post your jobs 3 – 4 months in advance for access to the most talent.

2. Review
Evaluate the applications we email you after your job closes and notify us of your top candidates.

3. Interview
Let us know who you would like to interview and our office will coordinate and provide space on campus.

4. Make an Offer
Let us know who you would like to hire and we will confirm with the student in 2 business days.

5. Finalize the Offer
Lastly, all we need is your confirmation of the start/end date, hours per week (min. 30), rate of pay, supervisor name and contact details.
