Training in the use of Brightspace is being made available now to faculty through Learning and Teaching Services.  Additional Brightspace support is available in C226, and the Brightspace Community hosts an array of teaching videos supplying easily accessed and practical material. There is also a Brightspace Essentials course for faculty (log-in required to view).

There are two forms of support available now for students. The Brightspace Essentials course for students provides the detailed information they need to use the platform. Drop-in support is available in A143D (ITS Client Care) and at the Student Learning Centre.

Come fall, student Brightspace Ambassadors will also be available to help learners navigate the new platform.
