LMS Weekly Update: Employee Brightspace support increased

Increased staff and extended hours for Brightspace support will be available to Algonquin College employees beginning Aug. 20.
Visit C123 in the Employee Learning Exchange to access dedicated Brightspace trainers and employee workstations. The hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Drop-in support is available, or employees can schedule coaching and training in advance by booking here, or by telephone at (613) 727-4723, ex. 6943.

Daily group training sessions are also available beginning Aug. 20. The schedule includes webinars, customized departmental sessions and open registration sessions open to Algonquin College faculty at all three campuses.
Advanced training begins Sept. 5.
