Dr. Zemp is the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer (CSIO) at Southern New Hampshire University, where he is responsible for expanding access to higher education and enhancing the student experience through experimentation, joint ventures, strategic investments, introduction of new technologies, and innovation.

His presentation will discuss the future forces and challenges facing learners – and how post-secondary institutions can prepare for them.
